STEP 22:
Expand and Lead the Team

Much of the early-stage capital that climate and energy entrepreneurs raise will go towards expanding thir team. They will need to grow their team far beyond the initial team assembled in Step 5. Most of those new hires will be engineers who build the solution. They may also need some new team members in business development, operations, and other areas.
